Bilberries is a fruit used for the prevention of cataracts, protects the eyes from diabetic retinopathy(from retina detachment) and improves night vision. This fruit feeds the capillaries(tiny blood vessels)in the eyes, increasing circulation to provide better vision. Rich in antioxidants which help protect the vessels in the eyes from damage.
