If you do not receive tracking information within the time stated, email us at info@holisticapalace.com and we will gift you 15% off your next order. • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, FED EX or UPS, based upon what you have chosen as a shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery usually takes 10-12 business days.
