Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk (preferably Sol Date Almond Milk or any almond milk of your choice)

1/2 butternut squash (boiled and peeled)

1 scoop Juice Plus Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon sea moss gel

1 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional, for sweetness)

Ice (as desired, about 1/2 cup for a thicker shake)

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the butternut squash:

Begin by cutting a butternut squash in half. Remove the seeds and boil one-half in a pot of water until tender (approximately 15–20 minutes).

Allow it to cool, then peel the skin off and set the cooked squash aside.

2. Set up your blender:

Ensure your blender is clean and ready to use. Start by adding the almond milk as the base to help with blending.

3. Layer the ingredients into the blender:

Add the boiled and peeled butternut squash to the almond milk.

Scoop in the Juice Plus Vanilla Protein Powder.

Sprinkle in the cinnamon and pour in the vanilla extract.

Add 1 tablespoon of sea moss gel for its nutritional benefits.

If desired, include 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar for extra sweetness.

Top it off with ice (about 1/2 cup or adjust to your preference).

4. Blend the shake:
